ORGLOW Instant Organic Face Brightening Mask

Hello dear girls! How are you all dealing with the moody weather nowadays? Some days it is super sunny and the other days it starts pouring cats and dogs out of nowhere  My skin has definitely been up to no good nowadays due to the humidity and scorching sun so let me share with you all how I'm taking care of it!

ORGLOW Instant Organic Face Brightening Mask is a product from Salina Cosmetics. The brand claims "Orglow is an organic face mask that brightens, whitens and tightens the skin! It is 100% organic with no chemicals, preservatives or artificial ingredients added in any way!"

 I was really excited upon receiving this mask and put it to the test right away. Let's see how it turned out!

The mask comes in a large, plastic jar with a screw on lid. The product inside comes in powder form with tiny to large granules. The consistency almost resembles that of ubtan. 

The method of using the mask is explained elaborately at the back of the jar. You are supposed to mix the powder with fresh yogurt in a 1:1 ratio and apply it to your face. Next, you let it sit on your face for 5-10 minutes and then rise off in circular motions. It is that simple! Also, I adore the way they have added a "Top Tip" at the bottom and that all ingredients are natural. 

This is what the mask looks like after it has been combined with yogurt, ready to be applied on the face. The yogurt element is important as it is commonly known to brighten and moisturize skin. 

I applied the mask to my face using fingers and let it sit for ten minutes. It had hardened by then so I made it soft by patting damp hands all over the mask. Next, I started to rinse it off gently in circular motions. It took some time to get it off completely. The key is to be patient and gentle because if you rub too hard then the large, rough granules in the mask can irritate your skin. 

Upon complete removal, I noticed that my skin felt soft, firm and fresh. The mask helps effectively get rid of dead skin as you can clearly notice your skin looking much brighter instantly. However, I did not notice whitening of complexion as such. The only downside of this mask is that it has a really pungent smell which can linger on for a while. However, the results are worth it! I'd recommend this be used once to twice a week for best results
