Hello ladies! Today I will be reviewing the much raved Apocalips Lip Laquer by Rimmel in the shade Stellar. I've been meaning to try this for quite some time but for one reason or the other, couldn't get around to doing so!
The lip laquer comes in a pretty, transparent plastic tube which allows you to see the colour of the product. It has a gorgeous gradient colour shift from the colour of the lip laquer to the black lid.
I just love the doe-foot applicator that comes with the Apocalips! It has a small pocket in it which stores the lip laquer for application. Because of this you only need one dip to coat your lips! The applicator kind of reminds me of the MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lip Colour Applicators.
Stellar is a gorgeous neon pink colour. It is highly pigmented and comes off opaque with one swipe. I love the fact it doesn't feel sticky, however, it doesn't dry matte either. It just sits comfortably on your lips. The glossy shine lasts for one-two hours after which it dries to a satin finish. The shine goes away to give a matte colour if you eat or drink and the colour also transfers easily. The stain stays for 7-8 hours easily!
