Hello Lovelies! Today I will be sharing an easy peasy recipe for all those Chocoholics out there!
Ingredients
1 kg Cake Rusk
3 packets Cream
1.5 cups Powdered Sugar
2.5 cups Milk
5 tablespoons Coco Powder
Vanilla Essence
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Method
First prepare the chocolate sauce by mixing the Milk and Coco Powder on low heat. (You can also add a pinch of coffee if you like)
Set the Cake Rusks in a big dish and pour the hot chocolate sauce over them. Set this aside and let the sauce soak through.
Next, in a big bowl beat the cream for about 10 minutes till it is fluffy. Add the sugar and a few drops of Vanilla Essence. Mix, mix, mix.
Now pour the cream mixture on the soaked cake rusks. Refrigerate for a good 5-6 hours or till cream is set. Then add Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in a zig zag pattern and swirl around the cream and syrup with a fork or with your finger to give a marbled effect!
This is a perfect summer dessert and super easy to make!
